79 Issue of licence

(1) A licence is to be in an approved form.

(2) [Section 79 Subsection (2) substituted by No. 42 of 1998, s. 11, Applied:18 Dec 1998] A licence may be issued –

(a) as a separate instrument; or

(b) as an endorsement on a fishing certificate.
