> > (1) If the Secretary notifies a person under [section 76D(2)](#GS76D@Gs2@EN) that they are no longer eligible to hold a licence of a particular category, the Secretary must cancel any licences of that category held by that person.

> > (2) A cancellation under [subsection (1)](#GS76E@Gs1@EN) takes effect as soon as the holder of the licence is given written notice of the cancellation of the licence by the Secretary.
