### 55 Recommendations after review > > (1)  After considering any representation and within 60 days after the period specified in a public notice under [section 54](#GS54@EN) , the Secretary must forward to the Minister a report. > > > (2)  A report is to contain – > > > > > > (a) a summary of each representation received; and > > > > > > > (b) a summary of any action taken by the Secretary in relation to any representation; and > > > > > > > (c) a recommendation as to whether the management plan – > > > > > > > > > > (i) should be altered in a particular way; or > > > > > > > > > > > (ii) should not be altered; and > > > > > > > (d) a statement of the reasons for that recommendation. > > > (3)  The Minister is to make available at the request of a person and on payment of a fee determined by the Minister a copy of the report.
