291 Regulations relating to noxious fish
The Governor may make regulations in respect of –
(a) the waters which apply in relation to noxious fish; and
(b) different classes of noxious fish; and
(c) the exclusion of any specified provision of Division 5 of Part 5 to a class of noxious fish.
