### 282 Review of decision > > (1) The Minister or Secretary, within 45 days after receiving an application under [section 281](#GS281@EN) for a review of a decision, is to make a determination – > > > > > > (a) substituting the decision with another decision; or > > > > > > > (b) confirming the decision; or > > > > > > > (c) revoking the decision. > > > (2) The Minister or Secretary, by notice served on the applicant, must notify the applicant of – > > > > > > (a) the determination made; and > > > > > > > (b) the findings on material questions of fact; and > > > > > > > (c) the evidence or other material on which the findings are based; and > > > > > > > (d) the reasons for the determination; and > > > > > > > (e) the right to appeal to the Appeal Tribunal against the determination.
