### 281 Application for review of decision > > (1)  A person may apply to the Minister to review a prescribed decision made by a delegate of the Minister. > > > (2)  A person may apply to the Secretary to review a prescribed decision made by a delegate of the Secretary. > > > (3)  A person may apply to the Minister to review a prescribed decision made by the Minister or the Secretary. > > > (4)  An application is to – > > > > > > (a) be made in writing within 21 days after the date of service of a notice under [section 280](#GS280@EN) ; and > > > > > > > (b) specify the reasons for the application. > > > (5)  The Minister or Secretary may extend the period referred to in [subsection (4)](#GS281@Gs4@EN) for making an application.
