278 Account for fees, charges and royalties
(1) [Section 278 Subsection (1) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] The Minister may establish an account in the Public Account into which fees, charges and royalties are to be paid.
(2) [Section 278 Subsection (2) amended by No. 4 of 2017, Sched. 1, Applied:01 Jul 2019] The Minister may determine that any specific fee, charge or royalty or fees, charges or royalties in general are to be paid into the account established under subsection (1) .
