### 254 Variation or revocation of control order > > (1)  The Secretary may apply to the Supreme Court to vary or revoke a control order. > > > (2)  An application for the variation of a control order is to be accompanied by – > > > > > > (a) a draft of any variation being sought; and > > > > > > > (b) any evidence and argument to justify the variation of the control order. > > > (3)  The Supreme Court may – > > > > > > (a) revoke the control order; or > > > > > > > (b) vary the control order if satisfied that to do so would not be unreasonably harsh and unjust; or > > > > > > > (c) refuse to vary the control order if not so satisfied.
