### 203 Offences against fisheries officer > A person must not – > > > > (a) assault, abuse or threaten a fisheries officer exercising a power or performing a function under this Act; or > > > > > (b) hinder, mislead, obstruct or delay a fisheries officer exercising a power or performing a function under this Act; or > > > > > (c) incite or encourage another person to anything referred to in [paragraphs (a)](#GS203@Hpa@EN) and [(b)](#GS203@Hpb@EN) . > > Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
