### 15 Condition of permit > > (1)  The Minister may grant an application for a permit subject to any reasonable condition the Minister determines. > > > (2)  [*\[Section 15 Subsection (2) amended by No. 7 of 2007, s. 10, Applied:30 Apr 2007\]*](/view/html/inforce/2007-04-30/act-2007-007#GS10@EN) A person must not contravene a condition of a permit. > > > > Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year, or both, and a daily fine not exceeding 10 penalty units. > > > (3)  The Minister may vary any condition of a permit by notice in writing served on the person who holds the permit.
