### 145A Approval of electronic record system > [*\[Section 145A Inserted by No. 24 of 2021, s. 14, Applied:31 Mar 2023\]*](/view/html/inforce/2023-03-31/act-2021-024#GS14@EN) > > > (1)  The Secretary may approve an electronic record system for the purpose of completing, submitting, supplying and keeping records, documents, accounts and other information required to be completed, submitted, supplied or kept under this Act. > > > (2)  The Secretary may approve the electronic record system under [subsection (1)](#GS145A@Gs1@EN) to be used in respect of the completing, submitting, supplying and keeping of records, documents, accounts and other information in respect of all licences, in respect of a category or categories of licences or in respect of one or more fisheries. > > > (3)  The Secretary may publish on a public website maintained by the Department, instructions setting out requirements for the use of the approved electronic record system.
