### 127 Declaration of noxious fish > > (1) In addition to prescribed noxious fish, the Minister, by order published in the *Gazette*, may declare fish of a specified species to be noxious fish if satisfied that an emergency exists which requires the order to be made. > > > (2) An order remains in force for a period, not exceeding 6 months, specified in the order, unless it is sooner revoked.
