### 109 Consideration of representations > After considering any representation received under [section 107](#GS107@EN) and any statement received under [section 108](#GS108@EN) , the Secretary – > > > > (a) may amend the relevant draft marine resources protected area management plan and the boundary of the proposed marine resources protected area to take account of the representations; and > > > > > (b) must prepare a report in relation to the representations received.
