Part 12—Fees 87—Waiver and reduction of fees (1) The Chief Inspector may, if the Chief Inspector considers it appropriate in the circumstances, waive or reduce a fee prescribed by fee notice for the purposes of the Act or these regulations. (2) In this regulation— fee notice has the same meaning as in the Legislation (Fees) Act 2019.
