Part 3 Travelling livestock Division 3 Travel on stock routes Livestock Regulations 2009 31 (2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if the owner of the unbranded cattle: (a) has authorisation from the Registrar to hand over the cattle to the person who will be in charge of the livestock during travel; and (b) gives the person a copy of the authorisation.
