Division 9 Registration of beehives Livestock Regulations 2009 25 (4) The owner of a beehive commits an offence if the beehive is not marked in accordance with this regulation. Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units. (5) An offence against subregulation (4) is an offence of strict liability.
