65 Endorsement on waybill is declared area movement permit (1) This regulation applies if: (a) an application for a declared area movement permit is made in respect of movement proposed for prescribed travelling livestock; and (b) an inspector decides to issue a declared area movement permit. (2) The inspector may endorse the waybill for the livestock with a statement that the proposed movement is permitted under section 59 of the Act, and the endorsement is taken to be a declared area movement permit.
