59 Person in charge must not include unbranded cattle (1) The person in charge of travelling livestock commits an offence if any of the livestock are unbranded cattle. Fault element: Recklessness in relation to whether any of the travelling livestock are unbranded cattle. Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units. (2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if the person has a copy of an authorisation mentioned in regulation 58(2).
