13 Prescribed period for person to keep vendor declaration or livestock agent declaration

For the purposes of section 8A(8) of the Act, the prescribed period is—

(a) in the case of pigs, 2 years; and

(b) in the case of cattle, sheep or goats—

(i) for a new owner, 7 years; or

(ii) for any other person, 2 years.
