79I Sheep and Goat Compensation Advisory Committee

(1) There is established by this Act a committee to be known as the Sheep and Goat Compensation Advisory Committee.

(a) the maximum amount of compensation which should be payable under this Division;

(b) payments which should be made under section 79B(2);

(c) any other matter referred to it by the Minister.

(3) The Committee consists of a maximum of 9 members appointed by the Minister after considering any recommendations of the Secretary and having regard to each appointee's experience in one or more of the following areas—

(a) the sheep and goat and allied industries;
