129 Penalties to be paid for offences under infringement notices

The penalty for an offence for which an infringement notice has been issued is the penalty prescribed by the regulations, which must not exceed 12 penalty units for an individual and 60 penalty units for a body corporate and must not exceed the penalty fixed by the Act for that offence.
