94 Inspector's powers and functions (1) In addition to the powers conferred on an inspector under other provisions of this Act, an inspector has the powers necessary and convenient for the performance of the inspector's functions under (2) In exercising a power or performing a function, the inspector is subject to the direction of the Chief Inspector.
