89 Approval of documents and codes (1) The Registrar may approve the form of notices, applications, certificates and other documents in connection with a matter for which the Registrar may perform a function under this Act. (2) The Registrar may approve codes, as in force at a particular time or as in force from time to time, to be used to illustrate or describe earmarks.
