87 Registers to be kept and information to be provided (1) In addition to the registers the Registrar is required or permitted to keep under this Act, the Registrar may keep the registers necessary or convenient to be kept for the proper performance of the Registrar's functions. (2) Subject to the regulations, the Registrar may decide the appropriate form and manner in which a register must be kept and the information to be given to the Registrar in connection with an entry in a register.
