84 Determination by valuation reviewer (1) The valuation reviewer may make a determination of compensation that confirms or varies the determination under review and must give the Chief Inspector written notice of the valuation reviewer's determination in accordance with the regulations. (2) As soon as practicable after receiving the notice, the Chief Inspector must inform the applicant and Chief Executive Officer of the decision. (3) Subject to section 138, the determination of compensation made by the valuation reviewer is final and conclusive.
