78 Determination of amount of compensation (1) The amount of compensation payable for the destroyed livestock must be determined in accordance with this Division and the regulations. (2) The amount of compensation payable for a destroyed thing is the market value of the thing immediately before it was destroyed or rendered unfit for use, as determined in accordance with this Division.
