60 Dealing with unowned or stray livestock in declared area The Chief Inspector may take any of the following actions in relation to unowned or stray livestock in a declared area: (a) locate, trap and assemble the livestock; (b) test the livestock for the notifiable disease to which the declaration relates; (c) treat the livestock; (d) destroy the livestock.
