57 Reimbursement of expenses If expenses are incurred by the Chief Inspector or Chief Executive Officer in the exercise of a power under this Division in relation to livestock, a structure (including a residence) or thing, the owner of the livestock, structure or thing must reimburse the expenses to the Territory unless the Minister directs otherwise. Note The owner may be entitled to compensation under Part 5 or section 138.
