46 Determination of classifications for properties (1) The Chief Inspector may, by Gazette notice, determine the classifications that may be given to properties in relation to a notifiable disease specified in the notice (a determination of classifications). (2) A determination of classifications must specify the criteria or circumstances that must apply in relation to a property before it may be given a classification.
