29 Infected livestock and other things Livestock, premises, animal products or other things are infected if they: (a) are suffering from or affected by a notifiable disease; or (b) have been in contact with anything that, at the time of contact, was suffering from or affected by a notifiable disease; or (c) react to a test, approved by the Chief Inspector by Gazette notice, for a notifiable disease.
