123 Application for internal review (1) A person given notice of a reviewable decision may apply to the Chief Executive Officer for an internal review of the decision. (2) The application must be made: (a) in the form approved by the Chief Executive Officer; and (b) within 14 days after the date on which the person receives the notice of the decision. (3) The making of the application does not affect the operation of the reviewable decision.
