8A Ex-officio authorised officers
[Section 8A Inserted by No. 50 of 2010, s. 8, Applied:21 Dec 2010] Each of the following persons is an authorised officer by virtue of his or her office:
(a) the Director;
(b) a general manager;
(c) a police officer.
