50 Delegation of functions, &c., by Director
[Section 50 Amended by No. 50 of 2010, s. 32, Applied:21 Dec 2010] The Director may, in writing, delegate to a body, a State Service officer or State Service employee all or any of the powers, duties and functions of the Director under this Act other than this power of delegation and the powers conferred by section 7 .
