97 Takeaway authority delivery of liquor (1) This regulation applies in relation to a licensee who delivers liquor to a person off the licensed premises. (2) An order for delivery of liquor must be made by one of the following methods: (a) an order placed on the licensee's website: (b) a written order sent by electronic means to the licensee; (c) a postal order sent to the licensee. (3) The delivery must be completed during the hours of operation specified in Schedule 3. (4) Liquor must not be delivered to a child or a person who is intoxicated.
