62 Lock out for extended late night authority (1) Subject to this regulation, patrons are not allowed to enter the licensed premises after 03:00. (2) A licensee with an extended late night authority may allow patrons, who entered the licensed premises before 03:00, to leave the premises and re-enter after 03:00. (3) The period between the exit and re-entry of a patron under subregulation (2) must not exceed 20 minutes, unless the licensee or the licensee's employee consider there are exceptional circumstances justifying it. (4) A record must be kept of any occasion when an exception to the 20 minute limit in subregulation (3) is exercised.
