36 Information required for catering authority (1) A licensee with a catering authority must notify the Director, in writing, of any reduction in the operating hours. (2) A licensee with a catering authority must keep a record of the licensed crowd controllers employed by the licensee that includes the following information: (a) the person's name and contact information; (b) the person's licence number. (3) A licensee with a catering authority must keep a record of the following information: (a) the number of patrons attending the event; (b) the volume of liquor consumed during the event.
