111F Ballots (1) Support for a community alcohol plan under this regulation is to be determined by a ballot of adults who permanently reside in the community. (2) A ballot conducted under subregulation (1) must: (a) give voters a reasonable opportunity to vote; and (b) be conducted in a manner that ensures voters are able to vote without intimidation, coercion or bullying. (3) The community alcohol plan must include information about the ballot process, including information about the measures taken under subregulation (2).
