#### 67 Requirements for grant of limited licences for large-scale commercial events 67 Requirements for grant of limited licences for large-scale commercial events > > (1) The Authority must not grant a person either of the following in relation to a function or event that is to be attended by 2,000 or more persons on any day unless the person holds a recognised competency card with a current licensee endorsement— > > > > > (a) a limited licence in respect of a function that is a trade fair, > > > > > (b) a limited licence for a special event. > > > (2) The Authority must not grant such a licence authorising the sale or supply of liquor at any time between midnight and 5 am on any day unless the person holds a recognised competency card with a current licensee endorsement and a current advanced licensee endorsement. > > > (3) The Authority may exempt a person from a requirement to hold a recognised competency card with a current licensee endorsement or a current advanced licensee endorsement under this clause.
