61B Application to be listed—the Act, s 130O(2)

(1) A licensee of licensed premises may apply to the Secretary to have the licensed premises included on the list of live music and performance venues.

(2) The application must set out the reasons why the licensee considers the licensed premises should be included.

(3) The application must be—

(a) in a form approved by the Secretary, and

(b) accompanied by the application fee prescribed by Schedule 1.
