> > (1) Live music forms a significant part of a venue’s normal operations if—
> >
> > > (a) the venue holds regular live music performances, and
> >
> > > (b) either—

> > > > (i) for a venue in the metropolitan area—the venue has a room or space dedicated to live music performances that—

> > > > > (A) is a significant part of the venue, and

> > > > > (B) contains appropriate infrastructure to support the regular performances, or

> > > > (ii) for a venue in a non-metropolitan area—part of the venue is predominantly or frequently used for the live music performances.

> > > (a) until the beginning of 15 March 2026—the venue holds an average of at least 2 live music performances per week, or

> > > (b) on or after 15 March 2026—the venue—
