#### 42 Incident registers 42 Incident registers > For the purposes of section 72L(2)(d) of the Act, the following are prescribed as incidents that must be recorded in the incident register required to be maintained under that section— > > > (a) any incident that results in a patron of the relevant licensed premises requiring medical assistance, > > > (b) any incident that involves the possession or use on the premises of any substance that the licensee suspects of being a prohibited plant or a prohibited drug. > > **cl 42:** Am 2026 (8), Sch 1\[13\].
