#### 32 Referral of certain applications not required 32 Referral of certain applications not required > The Authority is not, under section 42 of the Act, required to refer any of the following applications to the Secretary— > > > (a) an application for a single function limited licence, > > > (b) an application that is to be determined by a designated Public Service employee (within the meaning of section 3(1) of the [Gaming and Liquor Administration Act 2007](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2007-091)) acting under a delegation given by the Authority in respect of the application.
