27B Applications that are not relevant applications—small bar licences
> An application for a small bar licence is not a relevant application if—
>
> > (a) the application relates to the same premises as the premises to which a general bar licence relates, and
>
> > (b) the application has not been made under the Act, Schedule 1, clause 39, and
>
> > (c) development consent has been obtained under the [Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1979-203) to sell liquor during the times to which the application relates, and
>
> > (d) the times are specified in the development consent.
