#### 26 Compliance with advertising requirements 26 Compliance with advertising requirements > > (1) An applicant is taken to have complied with any of the requirements under this Division in relation to an application if the Authority is satisfied that the applicant has made all reasonable efforts to comply with the requirement. > > > (2) The Authority may also determine that a failure to comply with a requirement under this Division is to be disregarded for the purposes of this Division if the Authority is satisfied that the failure is of a minor or technical nature.
