136 Transitional provision consequent on [Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 2026](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth—the Act, Sch 1, cl 1
> > (1) This clause applies to the following licences (Commonwealth licences) granted under the [Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997](http://www.legislation.gov.au/), Part 1A—
> >
> > > (a) a general licence,
> >
> > > (b) a sub-licence,
> >
> > > (c) a passenger terminal licence.
>
> > (2) A person who, immediately before the commencement of this clause, held a Commonwealth licence is taken to have been granted one of the following licences (a deemed NSW licence) under the Act—
> >
> > > (a) if the Commonwealth licence was a general licence or sub-licence for a business in which liquor was sold or supplied for consumption on the licensed premises—an on-premises licence in relation to the premises,
> >
> > > (b) if the Commonwealth licence was a general licence or sub-licence for a business in which liquor was sold or supplied only for consumption away from the licensed premises—a packaged liquor licence in relation to the premises,
> >
> > > (c) if the Commonwealth licence was a passenger terminal licence for a business in an area of a passenger terminal in which liquor was sold or supplied for consumption in the area—an on-premises licence in relation to the area,
> >
> > > (d) if the Commonwealth licence was a passenger terminal licence for a business in an area of a passenger terminal in which liquor was sold or supplied only for consumption away from the area—a packaged liquor licence in relation to the area.

> > (3) The following requirements do not apply to a deemed NSW licence until 4 months after the commencement of this clause—
> >
> > > (a) the requirements in Part 4, Division 3,
> >
> > > (b) for the licensee—the requirement in clause 63(3)(b) or (c),
> >
> > > (c) for a manager under the licence—the requirement in clause 63(4)(b) or (c).

> > (4) In this clause—
> >
> > passenger terminal has the same meaning as in the Act, Part 7A.
