> > (1) A person who holds a deemed NSW licence must give the following to the Secretary within 3 months after the commencement of this clause—

> > > (a) a map or plan of the licensed premises,
> >
> > > (b) the name of the business carried on under the licence,

> > > (c) the name of the licensee,

> > > (d) the name of the owner of the licensed premises,

> > > (e) the names of the nominee and the alternative nominee for the licence nominated under the [Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth, regulation 4BA,

> > > (f) a consent document provided by the airport-operator company under the [Airports Act 1996](http://www.legislation.gov.au/) of the Commonwealth,

> > > (g) a copy of the licence issued by the Commonwealth.
