105 Requirement to give particulars to the Secretary—the Act, s 159(2)(g)

105 Requirement to give particulars to the Secretary—the Act, s 159(2)(g)

(1) A person who holds a deemed NSW licence must give the following to the Secretary within 3 months after the commencement of this clause—

(a) a map or plan of the licensed premises,

(b) the name of the business carried on under the licence,

(c) the name of the licensee,

(d) the name of the owner of the licensed premises,

(e) the names of the nominee and the alternative nominee for the licence nominated under the Airports (Control of On-Airport Activities) Regulations 1997 of the Commonwealth, regulation 4BA,

(f) a consent document provided by the airport-operator company under the Airports Act 1996 of the Commonwealth,

(g) a copy of the licence issued by the Commonwealth.

(2) In this clause—

deemed NSW licence has the same meaning as in clause 136.
