### sec.26 Particulars required in transactions record for artisan producer licence— Act , s 217 (2) (b) (i) For section 217 (2) (b) (i) of the Act , the particulars that a transactions record for a licensee who holds an artisan producer licence must contain, for each sale of liquor, are as follows— the quantity, expressed in litres, of liquor sold; the type of liquor sold; the sale price of the liquor sold; whether or not the liquor was produced on the licensed premises. s 26 prev s 26 om 2008 SL No. 418 s 17 pres s 26 ins 2021 SL No. 35 s 7 - (a) the quantity, expressed in litres, of liquor sold; - (b) the type of liquor sold; - (c) the sale price of the liquor sold; - (d) whether or not the liquor was produced on the licensed premises.
