Tasmania regulation
These regulations set the fees (in fee units) for applying for, granting, varying, transferring and annually renewing liquor licences and permits under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990. They take effect on 2 September 2025 and are administered by the Department of Treasury and Finance. Licence-holders, applicants and permit-holders pay the listed fees; the instrument only prescribes amounts and commencement, not new licence types or powers.
