### 95 Police may seize liquor in certain circumstances
> > (1) A police officer may seize liquor and its container if the officer reasonably believes the liquor –
> >
> > > > (a) is being kept for sale; or
> > >
> > > > (b) has been sold; or
> > >
> > > > (c) is to be consumed –

> > contrary to this Part.
