79D Prohibited behaviour and language
[Section 79D Inserted by No. 51 of 2015, s. 84, Applied:01 Sep 2016] A person must not, on licensed premises or permit premises –
(a) act in a violent, quarrelsome or disorderly manner; or
(b) use disgusting, profane or foul language.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
